In January 2007, Consonus of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Strategic Technologies, Inc. of Cary, North Carolina, joined forces to become Consonus Technologies, Inc. The merger united Consonus, a high-availability data center and IT managed service provider, with Strategic Technologies, a data center-focused provider of managed services and resilient infrastructure solutions. Together as Consonus Technologies we design, build, host and manage high-availability data center solutions.
