Partner Account Manager

Location: Nashville, TN or Cary, NC
Department: Sales – Channels

PRIMARY FUNCTION

The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record and background recruiting channel partners within the technology reseller community. They will be responsible for new partner identification, recruitment and enablement. The individual will demonstrate an understanding of technical and business challenges faced by technology resellers and be able to communicate how Consonus managed service (MS) solutions help them advance the reach and profitability of their business. Previous experience with data protection, archiving, and managed services are a distinct plus for this role.

Candidate must be able to effectively manage a territory and to engage and coordinate appropriate internal resources in conjunction with partner resources into sales opportunities. Candidate must be able to manage multiple elements of the partner development process.
