CARY, NC - May 1, 2008 – Consonus Technologies Inc., a national data center and IT managed services provider, has hired James Edwards in the role of Client Solutions Lead for the company’s western region.
Edwards joins Consonus’ Salt Lake City office with an extensive technical background in information security, managed services, systems support and corporate network implementations. Having served as Senior Systems Engineer with Canon Business Systems (formerly Uinta Business Systems), Edwards, a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), will engage in pre-sales solution engineering and will be instrumental in assisting Consonus’ sales team with driving new solutions business.
Amidst rapid growth, the recently-merged company has been aggressively positioning itself as a national leader in the design, implementation, hosting and managing of high-availability data center solutions. The company opened its newest data center in the Salt Lake area in April.
