Consonus offers a Hitachi Data Systems storage economics suite, comprised of methodologies, disk storage devices, tools, and services that help customers identify the total cost of data storage systems ownership and provide storage economics strategies to help customers reduce ongoing costs. Disk price is only 25 percent of the total cost of owning the disk over three to four years, therefore, we employ network storage solutions to identify and characterize the remaining 75 percent of the total cost of ownership (TCO). In addition, we present how new storage architecture and disk storage devices can be instrumental in improving data storage systems costs with excellent return on investment (ROI).
